Terms and Conditions
Services: Pixel Preserve Photo Services ("we", "us") will provide photo digitization services as described on our website and in our service agreements.
Scheduling and Cancellations: Appointments for our services must be scheduled in advance using our online form. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $15.
Payment: Full payment for our services is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by either cash or Venmo.
Liability: While we will handle your photos with the utmost care and respect, we cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage that may occur. We highly recommend that you keep any irreplaceable or highly sentimental photos safely stored and create backups whenever possible.
Privacy: We will never share, sell, or distribute your personal information or your digital photos with any third parties without your explicit consent. We will only use your information to provide our services to you.
Copyright: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have the rights to digitize and reproduce any images that they provide to us. We will not be held liable for any copyright infringements.
Disputes: Any disputes or disagreements that arise from these terms and conditions will be resolved according to the laws of the state of Utah.
Temporary Transfer of Physical Photos: For services requiring the temporary removal of physical photos from your premises, we assure clients of our stringent care procedures. However, we can only assume responsibility for the photos from the time of pickup to the time of return. Pixel Preserve Photo Services is not liable for any accidental damage, loss, or deterioration that might occur during this period. We will exercise the utmost caution to prevent such occurrences.
